SimplyBiz launches buy-to-let week
The mortgage club will issue an online Buy-to-let guide with articles including "Choosing the right property" and "How to build a portfolio" and detailed information on the niche areas of the BTL market such as HMOs and working with limited companies.
This will be followed by an email per day from members of its BTL lending panel outlining core lending specialisms plus hints and tips on how to submit quality applications.
