SimplyBiz plays matchmaker to turn IFAs off consolidators

Support service provider SimplyBiz plans to launch a 'matchmaking' service which will provide IFAs with an alternative to consolidators. 

The service will analyse client banks of SimplyBiz member firms with advisers looking to retire and partner them with other SimplyBiz members looking to grow through acquisition.

SimplyBiz will make the buyer communicate with clients from the selling firm explaining what is happening. The buyer will also have to clearly set out their fees and the nature of their centralised investment proposition.
