Take control of your client communication strategy

Who’s in control of your client communication strategy? If the answer is no-one, says SimplyBiz Group’s marketing director Richard Ardron, it is something that can be very easily addressed.

The past four months or so have seen much change – both at home and abroad. In the UK, this has included a new tax year, a new Government, a new Budget and the introduction of new rules on pensions. If you look further afield, meanwhile, there is a lot more going on that may well impact on a client’s day-to-day financial situation, including Greece, China and the US.

With all this ‘activity’ comes lots of information – some of it reliable, some of it less so – and your clients will be obtaining it from all angles, including the press, websites, social media, their mates down the pub … so, what can you do? Well, there is good news … and then there is more good news.
