BTL growth – is there an end?

It seems that we are constantly talking about the growth of the BTL market and whether it is good or bad for the housing market in general. Whilst there are pros and cons for both arguments and we see many pages and articles sitting either side of the fence, I feel that it is just a reality of the current society we inhabit.
