SimplyBiz Mortgages announces inaugural series of 'BTL Evolution' events

These events are designed to highlight the challenges and opportunities of the changing buy to let market, with a particular focus on areas including green mortgages, HMOs, and specialist BTL.

Lenders taking part in the Buy to Let Evolution Events include Paragon Banking Group PLC, LANDBAY, BM Solutions from Birmingham Midshires, The Mortgage Works (TMW), Fleet Mortgages and Keystone Property Finance, who is the main sponsor for the events. The sessions aim to offer an ‘insider’s view’ to the market, covering the economy and expectations for the next twelve months, further development of the green agenda in BTL and affordability and rental stress tests.
